Maintenance

Our experience in construction and the availability of staff and own equipment, enable us to realize conservation and maintenance tasks in infrastructures with a quick capacity to answer and a big flexibility.

• Repair and substitution of pontoons equipment (rollers, union elements, gangways, contact surfaces, etc.)
• Cleaning and treatment or painting of concrete, metal, wood or polyester structures (anti-stain, anti-fouling …) on superficies and submerged.
• Metal structures repair (steel, stainless, aluminum …) including boilermaking and welding.
• Repair of structures, decks, wood paving.
• Cleaning and repair of anchors and mooring systems of boats or pontoons (chains, shackles, ropes, sinkers, etc.)
• Repair of electric, water supply or data net installations (internet, accesses control, consummations control …).

We define customized maintenance plans that enable to minimize running costs and maximize the useful life of any kind of infrastructure that you can contract with K-MARINA through 3 modalities:

1. Maintenance K-DESIGN: we define the maintenance plan for your marina and we realize a control of it on a free way during the 2 first years to verify its suitability.
2. Maintenance K-EQUIP: apart from the definition of the maintenance plan, we include a supply contract for the equipments and products necessary for this plan with closed prices for the time defined on this contract (2 to 5 years). Maintenance works would be realized by our own staff or hired by the client, with a previous formation realized by K-MARINA technicians.
3. Maintenance K-COMPLET: apart from the services included on the 2 precedent modalities, with this option we include an integral maintenance realized by the own staff of K-MARINA.
